Architectual Design
In Architectural Design, overall plans on the project are established for each phase from Concept Design to Construction Document. The basic objective and direction of the building design are also settled through integral investigations of social, legal and environmental issues on project. And, the set up of synthetic planning on the building itself, such as, but not limited to, building function, size, shape, structure, material is made along with confirmation on layout, floor plan, elevation, structure, materials, equipment system, construction price estimation, period. The above mentioned decisions will be incorporated into the designs after final discussion with clients.
The Architectural Design led by Hplus Design Group is being developed with establishment of accurate and rational objective of design made by thorough analysis of overall project matters. Concept
Design
In Concept Design, the nature of project is defined via analysis of client requirements and general condition, and objective and direction for the most suitable design is presented using materials of size review and project feasibility study.
Schematic
Design
The basic framework of project(size, function, shape, structure, materials) is specified and then it will be presented to clients in order to have his/her agreement on design orientation and objective leading to smooth progress of project.
Design
Development
In Design Development, the basic composition of Schematic Design is made up and improved to be available for Construction Documents, as well as major fundamentals are decided and systemized to develop them as basic documents. These materials are also used for estimate and building permission.
Construction Documentation
In Construction Documents, following working features are included: the systemized decisions of basic design, setting of construction relations for the parties Owner, Builder, Supervisor, etc., and drawing development for actual construction. These materials are also used for documentation of cost calculation, progress schedule, specifications, statements, and reporting documents on construction commencement.
